THE GUYS WHO INSTALLED THE WINDOWS ACTUALLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING ! Nice place to do business. We had them install 33 replacement windows, and everyone from Ilene, Kevin, Eric, and Charles/crew were all very professional. The windows at first go around look to be a quality product. We've noticed a big difference in the overall warmth of the house after the install. And Installation guys took the extra time to do it right. You install it once......and live with it for a long time.

We are very pleased with the way our house looks with the new siding and shutters installed by Window Depot of Youngstown. Everyone we met, from the sales person to the supervisors to the installers, were friendly and knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. The installers were efficient and professional--they worked well together as a team. Not only do the siding and new shutters enhance the beauty of our house, they also give the house a clean and fresh appearance. Besides never having to paint again, the insulating factor built into the siding is already showing its benefit by keeping the house cooler in this hot, humid weather we've been having. Overall, the experience with Window Depot of Youngstown has been most satisfying and we highly recommend them.

All the people we dealt with were great! They stood true to their price comparison policy! Worker arrived on time & worked quickly and the windows look great. We had our entire house done! Windows ate the best quality made & triple pane!

We had 12 window openings replaced with 21 windows. We are not happy with 4 of the window openings which is 11 windows. We lost 12 inches of glass space in these windows. Something we were not expecting. We have contacted them and they said they would call us back. That was a week ago. We would like to know what our options are to fix these windows.
