My rear window was smashed while parking at LAZ Fly. I was employees watched 2 weeks of camera footage with a "great view" that showed my vehicle "was not touched the whole time it was parked here." Clearly my vehicle was touched- windows don't just spontaneously shatter by themselves. The manager stopped responding to my messages after the first email. I had previously been a loyal customer with no complaints. LAZ definitely has low prices but I guess you get what you pay for...

Park yourself and take the keys. Reserve and pay online in advance so it's quick in and out. Great prices. Regular shuttles to and from airport so there is very little wait time and ride takes only a few minutes. Absolutely the best way to fly in or out of Bradley. They also have valet lots and premium lots.
My car was safe and the transportation to the airport was super easy I was pickup at my car and dropped at the front gate. Then when I returned I called the number given and was picked up from gate 3 and brought directly to my car I highly recommend them I booked them again for my flight. I was definitely impressed
I have to applaud the integrity and customer service of LAZ fly. I used LAZ fly airport shuttle service through the Fairfield Inn and Suites. During the shuttle ride to the airport, my cell phone slipped out of my pocket onto the seat and I didn't notice until the shuttle had left. I had to catch my flight, so I had no choice but to leave it behind. Once I had arrived at my destination, I contacted LAZ fly. Turned out the shuttle driver found my phone and kindly brought it to their lost and found. Then, their customer service representative, Amanda, was very helpful in getting the phone back to me. She helped coordinate things to get my phone back to the front desk of the Fairfield Inn and Suites so that I could pick it up when I returned from my trip (she was also willing to mail the phone back to me). When a lot of people would keep the phone, the LAZ fly employees went above and beyond to help get it back to me. Also, it should be noted that the shuttle drivers for the trips from and to the airport were friendly and helped with our bags. The shuttle also arrived promptly when I called for it from the airport.
Never had a bad experience with LAZ Fly. From 6 am flights to evening flights, I never waited for the shuttle to pick me up... In fact, they were often waiting for me as I finished taking my luggage out of my car. Left my car here for several weeks and had no security issues. Bus drivers are very friendly (some of them were quiet, while others were social). When I had an issue with my ticket/exiting the lot, the staff was very helpful with managing the situation. Really can't complain. Very close to the airport. Best place to park in BDL for price. BOOK ONLINE FOR DISCOUNT!
Have always treated me fairly and have always got me to my flight on time and always there when I get home. With multiple locations near the airport always offering discounts in paper and online.
Worst experience. I “self parked” my car and when I returned from my flight, someone had backed into the front of my car. Since I self parked, there is nothing they would do except provide me a camera footage. I was fine with that, but then when I called Amanda Murcier (their “customer service manager”) she didn’t show up to work on Monday or Tuesday. I tried calling another 4 times to see if there’s was another rep I could talk to and every extension led back to her voicemail. So to shorten this review. Don’t self park, it’s a scam. They will do nothing for you. Great shuttle service, terrible customer service, horrible luck on my part. I’m sure others had a great time with them, but just warning others to not do self parking.
My car had 3" of snow on it when I got to the economy self-park lot at 6 pm tonight 12/2/19. I had started to brush it off but had to stop due to freezing fingers (no gloves). When I got out to resume, a crew of LAZ Fly guys descended on it with their foam scrapers and cleared the rest of it off. Hurray LAZ Fly! Thank you SO MUCH! They didn't have gloves either!
