Even with our budget restraints, Maryellen worked diligently to locate a van for us. Her customer service was excellent. She kept in touch with us with every update so we never had to guess what was going on. If one van didnt suit us, she just kept looking and trying to find another. Top shelf. First time here and I can say this is the way to deal with customers. Brought van in for work on our Braun lift and it could not have gone better. They were honest and let me know that my problem was only adjustments. Mike Omeara followed up with me several times by phone. We will come back for any service needs and probably to purchase a new vehicle as well when the time comes.
I purchased a Braun ability automatic side entry van from this location and couldn’t be happier. Maryellen was so helpful and patient as I kept changing my mind. She made sure I got the vehicle that was right for me.
