I purchased a wine room cooling unit from this company. The unit never worked properly. I contacted my sales associate and the owner within two days on installation after the unit caused my wine cellar to flood. Despite having the product installed by a licensed contractor, Wine Cellar Specialist said there was nothing wrong with the unit and refused my wishes to return the unit. I am thoroughly disgusted with this company--the customer is certainty not always right at Wine Cellar Specialists

This company succeeded my expectations by miles. I have been searching for someone to service my Le Cache wine cellar for over a year and NO one would touch it because it was out of warranty. I was able to get a hold of Terry at Wine Cellar Specialist who's company was new to the Tampa Bay area but certainly not new to the industry and I explained my situation to her. She told me that she would look into my issue and get back to me by day end with an answer. Well not only did she get back with me within a hour but she was able to order my part and have someone installed it for me once it arrives. Thank you Terry for your professionalism and prompt attention in resolving my issue. If anyone is looking for a wine cellar this is the company you want to use!
