I've bought a washer here before, had a good experience with that, but this past week I had an exceptional purchase. I needed to have a new dryer delivered on a certain day, and did not have much time to shop, but noticed that Sears is open till 5:30, so left work at 5, got to Sears at 5:15. The gentleman working showed me all the choices, rang up the sale, explained the warranty and set up a delivery lickity split. The delivery man arrived exactly at the appointed time and did an awesome set up in the same speedy fashion. A

Honestly after a decade of living in the area never knew there was a Sears since the one in Arkansas City closed. It was very small but had most basic needs. Wish they had more selection but whatever keeps the place open is what is important.

The best place in the county to buy appliances from! Staff is friendly and customer service is the best in the state! Always treats me like family. Carries just about anything you need as far as appliances go. If a specific item is not in stock they can usually have it by the end of the week. They offer delivery! The absolute best!
