I've used big city staffing companies, both the larger well known agencies and the smaller mom and pop staffing agencies and I've used small town agencies, so when I tell you that The Arnold Group is the best Staffing Agency I've ever used, it really means something!!! I had heard about them through a friend and was interested to see if they could do as well for me. I originally applied online and informed them of what I was looking for. I received a call a few hours later arranging for me to come in for an interview with them the following day. From the moment I entered their office they treated me with nothing, but respect and professionalism. Monica was friendly and relaxed me almost immediately, she informed me we were a team and together we would find something great. I had heard this comment before and didn't put a whole lot of faith into it. Well Monica has proven from that day that she meant it. I had an interview the very next day, that job didn't pan out. The next week she contacted me about my interest in another position, I got that position no interview required. I remained with that company until we had the Pandemic crises and like many others found myself once again out of work. I made sure to check in with The Arnold Group weekly and after six weeks, I was able to land a new assignment, while many others were still on furlough from their companies. I remain in that assignment today, three months later and couldn't be happier.

I thought this place at first was polite, professional, and positive. But I was wrong. They manipulated me and the rest of my family that had went through with them. My girlfriend hit her head and got a concussion and she had given them a work release to exempt her from work and they had fired her due to attendance issues. I got fired due to ‘attendance issues’ as well when I had called in one day due to family issues going on and I called to talk to them about it and they seemed understanding. But then the other day I called and told them I’ll be a bit late to work because I had an accident in the parking lot of my work, therefore I had to return home to change. Later that night I finished my production and the production supervisor manager gave me the okay to go home for the day and he said he wouldn’t count it against me. But I guess I was wrong. Nothing makes this place better than any other job in America. Nothing but full of manipulation, and deceitfulness. I had to work in 105 degree heat at one of the places I was assigned to. I was sweating buckets and there was no AC in the building where I was. It should be described about the types of conditions of the environment to the employee before the start of the assignment, a lot of people have medical issues and these people don’t care about such nor about the conditions. We are merely just a number standing in line to make production for their partnering companies. The only thing about this company that I give 5 stars to is Monica. She is a very nice, positive and understanding young lady.
