We stopped in to check on availability and Gil was super-responsive and immediately showed us an available space. He was extremely helpful in giving us the information we needed and helped us start the application process very easily. It ended up that the apartment was out of our budget but I feel that Wing Park would be an easy, comfortable place to live. The 2-BR apartment we looked at was plenty spacious and the complex has a nice clubhouse, pool, and playground.

I am so excited about my upcoming move to Wing Park Apartments in Elgin, IL. The office management was very perfessional and was interested in meeting my needs. The Apartment complex is well maintained and super clean. Excellent experience.
THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE JOKE!! DO NOT RENT FROM WING PARK APARTMENTS! THEY HAVE A ROACH INFESTATION ALONG WITH BED BUGS WHEN WE WENT THROUGH A VIEWING!!! RENTERS BEWARE!!
Wish I could give this place a 0, we started our lease in July with wing park apartments. Has been nothing with problems with this place, leaking light in the laundry room(called multiple times to get fixed) heat went out(took weeks to fix) you call no one gets back to you. God forbid have a flat tire they will call and tow it. Wing park apartments is not the place you want to live, DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!
The experience has been great since I moved here in November. Caitlin is phenomenal and responds in a timely manner if I have questions or an issue. The new leasing office and fitness center is also great. The apartment is surprisingly quiet. You can hear things in the hallways, but I dont hear a thing once I'm inside my place. Highly recommend.
