I bought a chair at Winner Furniture in March, 2020. I have repeatedly been trying to get information on when it will get to the distribution center. Today I got hold of someone and they informed me that the chair had been sent to the store at 7411 Preston Highway. I contacted the store and they said the chair I ordered was in the store and that I could pick it up or they would deliver it. I chose to pick it up. The store manager was extremely helpful. I received excellent help from the distribution center and the store. The chair was in excellent condition.

Please everyone do not ever buy anything from WINNER FURNITURE, my family and I have been dealing with them for over 2 months and it has been hell. All our furniture is damaged and even though they have replaced the damaged items, the items they replaced them with are even more damaged. They wont do anything about it. They also damaged the floors in our new home and keep saying they will call us back to get the issue resolved but they never do... in fact all they have done is send us a text, stating all our furniture is "As Is..."

We ordered some mattresses and a bed frame. They couldn't find my order. I sat there for over an hour. They gave me something else...not sure it was worth what I had already paid for!
