Coach Caron was incredibly helpful to me personally and to my daughter (age 11). She led me to a huge “ah ha” moment. As a long distance triathlete, I’ve studied with a lot of excellent coaches through the years so this was awesome. For my daughter she provided superior technical stroke instruction and the improvement in her swim was amazing. Highly recommend Coach Caron and Winning Swimming for any age and any swim goal!!

I've had the pleasure of working with Coach Caron in a group clinic and in private coaching sessions. Her laid back demeanor and clear love of swimming, combined with her ability to articulate the "how" and "why" of any given aspect of the sport makes her an invaluable resource to anyone looking to "get their feet wet" or to bring their swimming to the next level. Her state of the art pool and video system is amazing, and really lets you see, in detail, what she is talking about. I can't say enough about Coach Caron and Winning Swimming!
