Had a wonderful farm-to-table dinner & wandering around the farm seeing the animals! Nancy & Karl are wonderful hosts who are so generous! I got to meet a cow with my same name - which was fun. The dinner was superb with fresh meats, veggies, homemade cheese & salsa. Dessert was amazing. Fabulous conversation! Thank you!

These folks have been given a very unique position on Gods green earth. Their Education in husbandry and agriculture is a breath of fresh air. They're doing what many know in there heart , that they should be doing.

Falster Farm produces wonderful products. The meat and eggs are delicious and you can taste the health of the animals. Speaking of the animals, the Falster's treat them very well and humanly. They are pastured on beautiful organic grass year round. You can’t find a better farm to buy from!

Really enjoy how down-to-earth Karl and Nancy are. Having spent tons of time with them over the years, including actually helping out on the farm from time-to-time, I think it would be hard to beat the quality and wholesomeness of their meat and poultry products. And I've learned lots from them over the years... Nancy was the first to explain to me the critical difference between \pastured\ and \grass-fed\. And Karl has given me some insider perspective on the beef industry... Like the fact the his \mini-cows\ are simply the normal size of healthy, pasture-adapted cows that old-timers like him grew up with. The thing that led to today's grain-dependent giants was...government. Various agencies programmed farmers that bigger was better and, over time, led to non-sustainable, monster animals in a non-sustainable, factory farm industry.
