I referred my father to Ideal Electric as he has a Generac generator that has been having a few problems. Ideal electric has a huge sign ‘generac’ out front of their business. This company did not care that this 85 year old gentleman’s generator did not start when needed (they had been out a few months before to get it in good working order). They asked my dad ‘don’t you have a family member or something that can come look at it?’ Yep they did!! Please note that this was not a weekend or after hours, it was a Friday afternoon during the COVID-19 pandemic. I would never buy anything from this company or use them for service. I will tell everyone I know to go somewhere else, and you should too.
