The food is good the service is awful. I tried to go through the drive-thru and the girl in the window would not turn around to take our order. So we went in there were customers inside with no mask on and they came in after us got their food before us as or food just sat on the counter getting cold.

I paid extra for all flats with the sauce on the side. Totally didn’t follow the instructions and the onion rings were burnt. Totally not what I expected from this place. Normally their food is exceptional. Seems like they have new crew members who do not care about the quality of their work. When I called to inform them they refused to answer their phone.

I’ve been to this place a few times. It’s always clean and stuff so that’s good. The wait time is pretty good, but I think they make everything fresh so I don’t mind. The marketing pictures on the windows are hella basic but it’s kinda hilarious so it’s part of the charm. I usually get the philly cheese steak which is always tasty. With fries that are pretty good too. The menu is all over the place, so they have fried rice too, which was also decent.
