ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE!! I recently had an issue with some tires on a new RX 350 I purchased now with about 14k miles on it. Strangely I had 2 blow outs 2 days apart. Of course this seemed strange as we did not think we hit anything in the road. Anyway, they checked into it and they did not find any information from the manufacturer that would indicate there was a problem with the tires. I did not feel comfortable replacing them with like kind tires, so they offered to replace all 4 tires to a different brand and they did it at no cost to me. I was willing to split the difference, but they insisted in order to make us feel safe on the new tires. I thought this was GREAT customer service and went above and beyond for me to feel safe. In this time of everyone hiding behind COVID to provide terrible customer service, it's refreshing to work with people that really know the meaning of customer service. THANK YOU, AND GREAT JOB!

I have been a Flow Lexus customer for years with Mark Bell. The brand speaks for itself. The service here is unparalleled. Frankly, better than Flow Lexus in Greensboro in my experience. Pricing is much more competitive with negotiation. I always negotiate offer sheets from multiple ownership groups on the same vehicle before making a purchase. The variance can be very substantial. Great time to buy or finance given our economic situation and the incentives Toyota / Lexus provide. 5k mile checkup on my 2020 RX 350 tomorrow!
I was there today for my 10,000 mile maintenance on my 2019 Lexus e350 f sport, and if I could give Flow Lexus of Winston Salem more stars I would. I was acknowledged by everyone, with a hello and a smile. Yes a hello and a smile does go along way. I was just impressed by the level of professionalism and kindness that the staff at Flow Lexus Of Winston Salem gave me. I own a BMW 5 series and I take it to the BMW service center and I thought that no one can offer the BMW ownership experience, and today I was proven wrong, so wrong thank you Flow Lexus of Winston Salem and Ian Clark
Flow Lexus has consistently provided a great experience when servicing my vehicle, even though I did not purchase my vehicle from them. They have always been very accommodating to my limited schedule, and are always able to service my vehicle in a timely manner. The entire staff always offers quality customer service and often go above and beyond what's expected. I highly recommend Flow Lexus of Winston-Salem.
What an amazing store. The staff was incredibly friendly and super knowledgeable. Being in the store is like visiting a Hilton property. It's just beautiful. If you're looking for a premium vehicle and service to match, this is the place.
