I would not recommend this location for gatherings. We arrived to a sink full of dishes, pots and pans on the kitchen counter, dishwater completely full with dishes. As we were going to run the dishwater so that we would have usage of glasses, the dishwater was broken. There was not any space in the refrigerator or freezer for our items. When I opened the refrigerator I was welcomed with a foul ordered that at that present time consumed the whole entire place. When I presented the host with the issues we were having he proceed to take the pots and pans to the Hempress location, still leaving the other dishes in the sink and dishwater. Also the trash had not been taken out If you can avoid using this location, please do! Definitely not worth the money!!!!!! 50 an hour is more feasible

I really enjoyed my time here. The massage is very relaxing. The service was amazing. Great place to relax.

The people who work there were very friendly. The massage and facial were amazing. We loved the hibiscus tea. (Bought some to take home.) The rose tea was excellent, too. They've scaled back some of their services due to COVID. I hope they reopen fully. We also had a tasting. They served fruit and nuts with honey, which is now my go to thing. Delish!

My husband and i had a wonderful couples massage. This was my first. Cory and Johnathan were very professional and really put me and my husband at ease. Angela was very thoughtful and made sure we were well taken care of. Thank you all for a great experience! We will be back.

I booked a couples massage as a treat for my husband and I and I was very disappointed! The experience was very unbecoming of Ma'ati Spa. I have had several experiences with this spa that was above average so the expectation is very high! Our appointment was at 1pm we didn't get called back until 1:26pm .My sheets were damp so they had to replace my sheets. The other therapist stayed my husband's massage and my therapist seen to try to keep up with her insured of being attentive to my massage. The massage was very rushed and cut a few minutes short. We were not offered aromatherapy or nuts and fruit. Very disappointed! Also when we first arrive no one was in the lobby to assist. Ma'ati Spa please do better I have experience better from you. Thanks. Please let me know when Corey returns. He is the best!
