Quality Oil has been my oil company for over 30 years. They have always been professional, kind and courteous. I am on their auto fill-up list, as is my sister, and we have never run out of oil. I have been using Quality Oil for 38 years and have always had a HOME TOWN feeling with their service and reliability. I really appreciate having the budget plan to pay my bill. When the mail did not get my payment to them on time last month, they did not penalize me with a late payment fee as did two other creditors who did not receive my payment due to mail issues. Whenever I have a concern or just need to pay my account, the customer service personnel are always friendly and courteous. Customer inquiries are handled almost immediately. There is never a wait when I call, there is always a rep available to talk to me. My propane deliveries are always on time and again the technician making the delivery is also very courteous too.

I have been a customer of Quality Oil for over 30 years and always been completely satisfied at every turn. They are prompt in delivering oil and providing help and assistance when needed and keep their prices fair and reasonable.. Last year, I discovered that I had an unknown oil tank buried in the concrete slab of a basement of a rental home I owned that was full of oil from being abandoned over 20 years ago. The supply lines were crimped but still held a small amount of oil in the lines. They carefully pumped the oil out of the tank and supervised our work to neutralize the lines and fill the empty tank to render it harmless to environment and the homesite.
