Well they was suppose to show up for a demo at my house today at 1030 here it is 12pm i just got go the text from the guy that was suppose to come out this is not the first time they had to change time or date its the 2nd time im very upset im calling corp cause this is not how ur suppose to run a business thanks

Be careful not to get trapped by the older gentleman for the life history of Rainbow Vacuum company... Sorry for your loss my comment was not meant to offend him as he was very much a gentleman I just didn't have the time to spend and really wasn't interested in the history of Rainbow....i just wanted to purchase a few parts
