I dropped my pup off for an orientation day yesterday. When I called to schedule her the staff member was friendly and informative. She walked me through what to expect in terms of drop off and how the day would go. Pup was to be taken to a kennel where they would evaluate her temperament with a staff member then moved to a small play group of hand selected dogs to evaluate how she does with others before being moved to a large play group. Drop off was fine. The staff member was kind and answered all the questions I had. She asked about my dog and told me I’d receive a call in 30 minutes or so to tell me how things were going. Two hours later I hadn’t received a call so I called them to check that they had my contact information correct in their system. I was told that they were just busy and someone would call me shortly. I never receive a call. Never was given information to view my pup on the camera. I went to pick up my dog seven hours later hoping they’d just speak with me then but they basically just asked me who I was there for and sent her out to me into the corridor. I have no idea how her day went, what she did during the day etc. The report card section of the website hasn’t been updated either. For what they charge, you’d expect more thoroughness with the business procedures they go through over the phone on the initial scheduling call. Otherwise, we can go to other local options which are more affordable. We will likely not send our pup back.

Couldn’t be more happy after leaving my dog here! I left him over the weekend to go out of town, wanted to get him comfortable with being around other dogs before taking him to a dog park since he’s never really around them. He made friends with 3 other dogs here and he looked so happy in all of the photos they sent me! The report card was very detailed and let me know how he was progressing with each day he stayed here. You can tell that the people here really enjoy being around dogs and love their job. Thank you to everyone who watched after little Milo, I will 100% be bringing him back to Ruff Housing. 10/10 would recommend!
My fiancee and myself work full time and we are so glad there a safe and fun play environment for our Georgia. The staff is loving and we know when we cant be with her that she is loved by the staff at Ruff Housing. Thank you for all you do for our baby girl.
We had a really great experience with Ruff Housing. I kept looking up places and reading reviews before I chose a place because our dog is our baby and we want him treated the same way we would treat him. Our dog Blaze had a great time playing with the other dogs. He did well in his room. I called several times to check on him and the staff were very good at listening to my concerns and letting me know how he was doing. They were very patient with me as it was our first time leaving our dog anywhere without us. We will definitely be using Ruff Housing for our fur baby from now on. This was just a really great experience for our baby. I definitely recommend Ruff Housing.
The staff is great and gives Bentley the love I would normally give.
