There product dried my face out and made it incredibly itchy and painful was treated like I didn’t matter when I went into store if it was possible for zero starts I would rate them a negative 10

Do not book any facial from them, because it is a scam to sell you their products. Don't even think of buying anything from them thinking you can return them because you won't be able to. Without even taking their products out of the store, I changed my mind, they refused to refund me money. I had to call my bank on them and filed a dispute.
Good sales pitch by the young woman at the kiosk, but a bit repetitive. Prices were ok, but we'll see if they last a full year as told. Wife can't wait for the free facial offered. :)
They switched products on me. I thought I was buying Vine Vera. After I got home, I realized it was not a Vine Vera product in the bag. When I called the store , they were rude and insulting. They claimed they were no longer Vine Vera but did not have time to change the sign on the store or the bags. Not once did the salesman tell me I was not buying Vine Vera. Scam.
Great products. A bit pricey, but willing to haggle. I would recomend the facial.
I was pleasantly surprised how well the products work. The staff were eager to educate and explain how and why to use the products sampled. May seem pricey , but overall I feel that if used as directed it will last longer than other facial products and the results are well worth it. Looking forward to my complementary facial in a few weeks.
Very misleading on prices. Found same products on Amazon way cheaper. They are professional liars. Same bottle that's 189 in store is 60 bucks online
I shouldn't even give one star. This was the creepiest moment I've ever had. Everything was going good until I didn't buy his product and then i was finally able to get myself out of the store. My whole intention was to buy new shoes. So as i was coming back i was avoiding them by going down stairs and as i look above me they were following me and watching me... this is definitely not bringing me back to the store...
