My family and I recently moved to Winston-Salem from San Diego CA. I was looking for something my daughter and I could do together. I searched several yoga studios and found yours. Last night my daughter and I had a wonderful experience. When we arrived Jeremy greeted us, and was so very friendly and helpful. Not knowing what to do and how it all works he was very kind in showing us where everything was and introduced us to the teacher. We both felt much more relaxed, along with feeling welcomed. I highly recommend your studio. My daughter and I will be signing up as members. Thank you all for a great experience!

The atmosphere of the place is like a little oasis in downtown. Everyone I’ve encountered there has been kind and open to talking which is refreshing. I’ve enjoyed every class I’ve taken, and I like how much they vary, yet you still get something out of each one. The teachers work to get to know their students. It’s just been an overall positive experience so far!
Wildlight Wellness Collective was everything I was looking for and more! I was only in town for a short time but was able to take a couple of classes. Everyone I interacted with including the owner and all the teachers were so welcoming and knowledgeable. The space was so beautiful and peaceful with great natural light. They have a lovely retail area and tea shop which I could spend hours exploring. I highly recommend to all levels of practitioners.
I've been going to Wildlight now for about two months regularly. After my first class, I was sold. The building itself has such a tremendous frequency that feels like a space for practicing, healing, reflecting. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and the more I go there the more I feel like a member of a community. Every time I've been to Wildlight I've noticed: they take the time to learn your name, they take the time to find out what you specifically need and incorporate it into class. I've never felt like I have to be the best Yogi to fit in here. Not to mention, they have everything a physically, mentally, and spiritually active girl like me needs: HIIT, Restorative, Empower, Flows, and Balance. This place has become a second home for me. 10/10 highly recommend.
Wildlight is a most beautiful and spiritual sanctuary, and their Community Acupuncture Workshop is a gift to our citizens.
