I placed a custom order for my daughter's UCF graduation well in advance of the date. On the morning I was scheduled to pick up the order, I tried to call ahead to make sure it was ready since I live 45 mins from the store. They did not answer the phone so I decided to head there anyway. When I got there, there was a Closed sign in the window but it was past there posted hours of operation. When I went inside, there was one person working and when I asked about my order, she said there were still 2 cookies left to decorate and she needed a few minutes. She was not at all pleasant and she was frustrated with whoever was supposed to have my order ready. I let her know I would be back in a few mins so that she could finish up. When I came back, I had to wait an additional few minutes. By the time I received my order, I was in a rush to leave but I was definitely disappointed in the arrangement. The cookies did not have the same look as their examples online or in the store - they were very sloppy and unprofessional. I emailed the store to let them know and provided a photo of the arrangement. I did not hear back from anyone which was again a disappointment. I just feel the experience, service and quality were less than professional and when I attempted to talk it out with them, I didn't receive a response. Needless to say, I won't be recommending them nor will I be going back.

They had same day delivery for me - since I thought of it last minute. I had decorated cookies from another brand and didn't even come close in looks but more important in taste. Cookies by Design taste and look great! Will use them again.

I ordered a cookie birthday bouquet for my husbands birthday!!! Unfortunately, there was a little mix up with a name being written on a cookie! I called and told them that there was a mistake that was written on the cookie that was delivered to my husband! They apologized and told me that they would send out a new one! They went above and beyond to make this right! They delivered a new one on top of a cookie basket and wrote an apology note for my husband! Thank you guys for doing that! I understand mistakes happen but you guys made up for it and I truly appreciate that!!!
