We just recently had the system installed. We love how the water feels in the shower and also how much nicer it is on clothes. Our skin isn’t as dry either anymore. We also purchased the under sink faucet system. Like our salesman told us. One is for outside the body and the other is for inside our bodies. It’s nice not having to buy bottled water anymore. Coffee and tea tastes a whole lot better also. We would recommend this system to anyone whose looking and it doesn’t need electic which is really awesome

I purchased a water softener in 2020 from the very nice staff at Kinetics Quality Water 0f polk county. I'm very happy with it. It has been working great and Robert Hooks who installed it, is very knowledgeable and was happy to explain how everything worked and recommended because I had a well it would be good to have a in flow filter which was a great idea, working very well. We just sealed the deal with Mike Patterson. Not only is Kinetico A with the Better Business Bureau and rated as top notch by Consumer Reports, they have great salesmen! Mike Patterson knows these systems in his sleep and will lay out all the options from soup to nuts. Well water can be smelly and hard so we are REALLY happy to have a Kinetico system!
