After comparing several companies to build our outdoor kitchen, we decided on Unlimited Property Solutions. So happy we did! Jeff Rimer is a professional and a perfectionist, which we so appreciated. Jeff explained every part of the process in great detail, kept us informed throughout the project, and stuck to his schedule. He listened to our needs, advised us when we needed it, showed great patience with questions or changes we considered on various aspects of the design, helped us create a vision, and built it before our eyes. He and his team kept a clean work area, were respectful of our home every step of the way, and made sure the grill was hooked up and operating before completing the job. We are beyond pleased with how it turned out. It is beautiful. We can’t wait to start grilling!

This review has two parts - part 1 is five stars, part 2 is a 1 to 2 star 1. Paver installation is great; the folks that did the work knew excatly the work to be done and executed. 2. Landscaping planning, coordination, and execution is terrible. Owner sent one person to do a three to four person job. Individual worker arrived not knowing what was to be done; on the first day worker brought a trailer of rocks because owner didn't inform worker old mulch, shrubs, and palm trees needed to be removed first. The stump grinder arrived on the second day not being told the palm trees did not get cut down on day one. Garden soaker hoses were not staked back down before installing lava rocks.
