We usually rent at the base but chose epic sports this year and the ski boots were noticeably WAY more comfortable (silver package). The price is great and I loved being able to pick up after noon the day before.

Amazingly friendly staff who catered toward our every need of fitting us with excellent, high end demo skis for our days on the mountain. Reasonably priced, super easy to make a reservation!
Epic fail. People working here are miserable. Rude. Unfriendly. Unhelpful. If you don't want to work there get a different job. But to treat customers as every single employee did today was awful. I was going to go to Christy's and tried Epic for the first and last time. Greeted by a grunt and iPad shoved in my face. The sign in software failed and had code showing with error message. Cool. When returning the skis I had to spell my name three times. My name is 6 letters mind you. Management get it together use good software and either lead or hire better but do something or you will lose every customer to Christy's Sports.
Nice shop with great customer service. I was visiting from Maryland and my son (from Colorado Springs) met us in Winter Park for the week. We rented the full suspension Diamondback Release. Bikes were in need of some maintenance, various creaking and squealing, representative of well used bikes. But, not unbearable. Staff was very helpful, polite, and showed us where to ride with excellent suggestions. Thanks for taking care of us. Will definitely rent again when back in WP!
We were first timers at Winter Park (well Colorado in general). We rented full suspension bikes. Allie was super awesome and pointed us in the direction of a perfect loop. We did just under 20 miles and the trails were awesome. Highly recommend!
