We hired Winter Park roofing to replace our roof They were very kind and courteous and very helpful and took care of everything and even repaired some trust damage to make sure that we didn't have the leaks we were having. I was very satisfied with the workmanship and the people that work for them

I had several issues with them damaging my property, but the real problem was with the gutters. Before the work began I specifically asked them about the possibility of damaging my gutters to which they replied, \Our crews are skilled at working around the gutters without issue.\ They damaged my gutters and now a section of the gutters no longer line up. When I asked them to put the gutters back in alignment they declined saying, \the gutters had nothing to do with our roofing job.\ I wouldn't recommend them because they caused too much damage. The fact that I checked with them about potential gutter damage before work began and they still refused to fix the gutter damage they caused was just too much.
They scheduled a visit to survey for an estimate of work. They didn’t turn up. After we made multiple follow up calls to find out what happened, they randomly turn up unannounced at an unscheduled time a week later. And after inspection, there was no quote or no hint of any communication from them. Again after we made a couple of follow up calls to get a quote from them, the lady from this company asked us to find another Vendor and just HUNG UP!! Way to go ! Edit - Appreciate the owner taking the time to respond. My wife called from her number your company for a property that we own in Winter Park. So I am not making this up and I am definitely not confusing your company with someone else. Because I would remember the company that couldn't keep its appointment 3 separate times.
The owner of the company came by and did the original checkout of my roof. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional and the quoted price for the 3 repairs was, to the cent, what he said it would be. Later his scheduler worked out a time that was convenient for me. When the tradesmen arrived, they came early and were very professional and got the work done without issue. I will be using them in the future and if you're on the fence about two companies, choose this one. The workmanship speaks for itself and the team running the company is very cordial.
I have my roof replaced by Winter Park Roofing in 2014, they did it with competitive pricing and professionalism. My roof was all good for six years until last week when a small leaking at one corner was found, I phoned the company on Monday and they sent a roofer to my house on Tuesday. It appeared that the sealant on a wall flashing had dried out, and the roofer resealed it and resealed all shingles on the parapet wall and all is well now. I appreciate their timeliness in responding to a warranty service call, and shall have no problem in use their service again when a roofing need arises in the future.
