Rented a condo for the month. The facility was clean, modern, and so convenient. Check in and check out were really easy. Their staff is super responsive (I locked myself out one afternoon - they came over to help). Loved the additional discounts we got through Winter Park Escapes as well - on free equipment rental per day - huge savings. I highly recommend!

Steps from the slopes of Mary Jane, this stunning house in a private community was perfect for us. Winter Park Escapes was very responsive and made the stay easy, stress-free and enjoyable. Would highly recommend.
This is the second year that we have rented with Winter Park escapes. Both experiences were excellent both townhomes that we rented were wonderful.
Great location, Beautiful home, lots of room to spread out for a large group (although ours was small) great internet which was important to us since we had to work while we were there. Great satellite TV, bedding was wonderful, and beds were comfortable (which can be hard to find in rental properties!) Property was advertised as having a fire pit and hot tub which were things we wanted and paid more to have, however the back patio was solid ice where is wasn't covered with snow - no access to use the fire pit and no seating around it. The area around and near the hot tub was a literal skating rink, Ice was so bad we only used the hot tub once because is was impossible to get to it safely. Hot tub is also not installed to code as you could literally reach out and touch the electrical box next to it, massive safety hazard. Had a lovely kitchen but it was poorly supplied. This property could sleep 13 people in beds, there were only 4 of us and the supplies in the kitchen we totally inadequate for preparing meals. There were no storage bowls, not enough cooking and serving utensils, no hot pads to put food on, etc. lots of little things that add up. The thermostats were strange, no matter what we did the main part of the house was too hot and the lower family room space had a space heater but never got above 60 degrees. The hot water in the kitchen and master bath shower did not work properly, was difficult to get them to provide any hot water. On our last morning my husband gave up trying to take a shower because he couldn't get the hot water to work. The home was lovely, the location is awesome, there are definitely things that could be improved!!
Great place to stay, perfect location. Walking distance from ski rentals, restaurants and about a 7 min drive from the ski mountain. The place was perfect and we enjoyed the hot tub every night! We will definitely be back to stay in the future.
