"All well that ends well." It was a long journey, but our refrigerator is finally operating properly. Sorry that our resident technician has become ill. He was knowledgeable, and he repaired my dryer that won't turn on at a reasonable price. I feel fortunate that I found them online. Thank you!

The work tech that arrived to my building took time out to explain to me what he would be doing and why on the dryer. And on the washer, he just basically make sure it was able to go through it cycle without any problems. After the project was completed, he make sure he left the area clean.

Our washer was leaking and Ferrail came to help. He explained to us what the problem is, and fixed the issues very quickly. Ferrail is very nice and supportive. Highly recommend this place!
