Wired has worked in 2 of my homes in Lake Forest. Awesome work, professional crew, sensible equipment picks. Although I've purchased equipment from them, it's the skill, knowledge, informed recommendations and project execution that make this place top shelf. It feels like they are there to help me make good decisions and get the audio/video I really want. Worth every dollar because it's done right.

We called Wired on BL to ask about a mesh network because we were having trouble with Comcast/wireless. Keith has helped us talk through installing a mesh network. He was a huge help and answered all our questions about different products and how to install the system throughout the home. Very helpful, patient, professional, and got back to us promptly.
Great customer service! Highly recommended! Keith was very friendly and accommodating. He worked with us in installing the best home theater within our budget. His team was professional and helpful. They also set up our music system. When we wanted to add another room to the music system, they came same day so that we could use for an upcoming party!

Very knowledgeable, very accessible, they will do whatever they can to ensure you are happy. I had them tune my setup a few times post install.
Tried to go in here for a company purchase and because I did not have all my bosses info the owner was very rude, obnoxious and basically told me I was a fraud before telling me to look into the security camera. I hope capitilizem will show him how to treat customers. I would not walk in there again when I could get the tech cheaper elsewhere without attitude.
