So....I arrive at 940 but they open at 10. Salesperson sits at the desk watching me stand outside for 30 minutes because apparently he can't start his day any earlier than 10. I get inside and tell him I'd like to cancel my account. I offer my account number. He says just give him my phone number. He says, \There's no account associated with this number. Apparently your account is already closed.\ I told him it isn't closed but if he would like to write out something saying it's closed I'll go with that. He declines to put it in writing. Now he decides he'd like to see my account number. He says he can't close the account in the store. I need to \call corporate\. He calls from inside the store for me and after a 10 minute hold I'm connected to a Verizon CSR. After speaking w her I was disconnected.......I'm on hold AGAIN....with enough time to write this entire review. There are now 3 customers in here....and one salesperson. I WAS going to get a new iPhone here today. Not now.....or ever.
