I called trying to get my wifes phone repaired. We left a negative review on my wifes account and shortly after recieved a call back from a woman who was clearly angry, using an aggressive tone that was so loud my wife heard it from the earpiece. I don't care that you only work on the phones so the website isn't personally your fault, I am reviewing the business as a whole and that includes your advertising. If you call me again after this one I will file a police report. Do not contact me in any way. Next time cool off before you contact a customer, and maybe be a little apologetic or something, I may have gave you another star or two if you had. Now you have two one stars for two appalled customers.

Candace medley was terrific.she changed my battery very reasonably with oem motorola factory battery ,cleaned it inside where it had gotten wet when I dropped it on water, (twice) , showed me pictures of the water corrosion build up. said it cleaned up good.My phone was a droid turbo 2 and she has batteries in stock for it.it only took an hour for her to do it

I have visited on multiple occasions and I have always had great service. More than once, I have gotten a new battery installed and gotten more YEARS out of a cell phone that I was thinking would need to be replaced. Well worth keeping in mind if you have a cell phone.
