If I could give this place a zero, I would. Not only did I spend 30 on a case I could’ve gotten on Amazon for 10. It burnt my phone, won’t let me wireless charge. And gems keep falling out every day. It’s not like I asked for a refund, I asked to exchange my case for a different one that would actually charge and not screw up my 1000 phone. Not only was the female downstairs rude, the guy who sold me my case tried walking out of the store when I was walking in then the guy at the desk was rude and also they claimed they couldn’t replace or exchange, horrible customer service.never again
