Took my father here many times. It was his favorite place to shop for help aids. The staff was always patient and never rushed him. They discussed his options and gave advice as well. He had macular degeneration. They assisted with websites and programs.

The WI Council for the Blind is a fantastic organization. Mitch (who answered the phone) could not have been more personable, professional or patient. He was a godsend. Mitch provided me with names, telephone numbers, and websites along with additional advice and suggestions. He wasn’t in a hurry and took his time answering my questions. A truly wonderful young man. I cannot write enough good things and WCB and Mitch.

Great experience. Mitch took the time to listen to our needs and explain the products! Will most certainly be back!
