My boys love bowling here, the jumpy pillow and the trampoline park. It's mesmerizing for them and they always have a blast.

First - Accolades to this indoor park for truly enforcing masks, capacity limits, setting up schedules for attractions with additional limited capacity. We saw lots of employees near the arcade sanitizing like it was the only job they had. The person at the front desk with honest about time frames and didn't try to up-sell us a package, instead guiding us to the area where we would get best use of our passes. The loss of the star was consistency at the trampoline park. Kids were doing somersault launches into the foam pit most of the time we were there and not a word was said until the final 15 minutes when the final staff exchange happened. The woman was very rude to both our kids and the kids in another group when addressing it, so she was tactfully reminded that it was also to be taken up with the staff who didn't address it for the first hour and 45 min we were there. So Caution, no flips at trampoline Park. Dear Bartender: just because someone is using a redemption does not mean you should treat them as they aren't spending money (especially when they added money to the free stuff immediately). Never know when they were in your shoes once and wanted to take care of you had you done your job with some sense of pride. Also, secret shoppers exist.. sincerely..Caryn
Great place for the whole family. Worth the money paid! Service was awesome too! African American brother bartender was on point even though he was by himself! My family and I Will definitely be coming back!
My kiddos and I had a blast at Knuckleheads! You could spend an entire day there. We only had a chance to play for an afternoon. There is so much to do. We did the arcades and rides. All was great except for the roller coaster. My 5 year old went on it and I expected it to not be jerky. When we went around the corner her whole body flung around leaving her with a headache the rest of the day. Another child around her age was crying on it. Even though it’s a small coaster, with the amount of whiplash you can get I would say 9 on it. Other than that, the other rides and games were fun. Oh and the staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful! We will definitely stop by again on our next visit to the Dells.
Knuckleheads is a great place for family fun. Something for every age. Friendly and knowledgeable staff like Mark. He made sure we felt welcomed and answered any questions we had.
