Got charged 3 times for room, and good luck trying to get that off of your account. Bathtub didn't drain, room was dirty. Will never go back or recommended to anyone.

This was my first experience going here. What an awesome place to spend time with the family. There are so many activities to do. From water slides, rollercoasters go carts. It's fun for all ages. Young or old you will find something to do and end your day with a smile. Building memories

I booked a 2 bedroom and it was not like the picture they put it was not clean carpet were dirty and mattress were not clean very bad

My worst experiences in my life. I reserved 1 night hotel stay for Mt resort and they charged me 3 times, my bank alarmed to me the charge, so I called to ask why charged 3 times and the women over the phone very rude and hang out my phone didn't even let me finished my words, I spoke very polite and this is my first vocation after covid 19 with my toddler girl , I called back waited 15mints talked to their supervisor which name is WENDY, she looks nice but u can feel she got no apology for her emplyee, my husband died by civil 19, 3month before , and they ruined my whole vocation with my baby. so I canceled the reservation, if u are a human being, never never comes here , no one cares u cause they always has ppl come and go.

Really enjoyed the different type of levels of slide for all ages. Kids enjoyed it, very clean. Reason for not being 5 stars was that I didn't go in. The water was too cold (for the adults) to get in, which was a bummer.
