Ric does wonderful work. He made me feel at ease leaving my puppy there for her first grooming. My pup is very sassy and wants to be in charge, but he got her done! I was impressed because she's a squirrely one. The staff at the pet shop were very knowledgeable about the creatures for sale and items in the shop. Here are some before and after pics of her very first grooming.

This place has a large variety of animals for a small shop and the staff is so sweet and very helpful. They are very knowledgeable of their animals and can always come back in to ask questions. I highly recommend them.

its a nice little place owner seems friendly but the lady with the short black hair every time i was there she was very rude and disrespectful and had a attitude i would love to go back but i will make sure its days the black haired girl is not there because the utter disrespect and attitude when I asked questions trying to get an understanding was beyond rude and uncalled for last time I thought when you go to purchase an animal or thinking about buying an animal ask questions but when someone asks questions you shouldn't be rude about it you should be more worried about making sure they have all the information so the animal is taken care of properly I have heard from multiple other people they are not satisfied with the short black haired lady am I only other thing was when I buy the reptile bulbs there they keep blowing out within a couple weeks

Don't see pet shops like me anymore, this woman really cares for for the pets. So much variety of pets. Very homey and welcoming and relaxed store
