Great customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable and even waited patiently for us since we couldn't get there until after they closed due to our work schedules. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing anything boat or water related.

Called this place to have my boat checked out and serviced. The lady who answered the phone was beyond rude. Apparently they don’t take appointments and it’s first come first serve. They want you to just leave your boat and they will get to it when they get to it. When asked how long things would take I was given the answer of it could take 2 hours to 2 weeks and that we won’t know until you show up and see who’s in front of you. As someone in customer service I would never treat a potential client this way. I will not be giving them my business and I will be sure to tell anyone I speak to to steer clear of this unprofessional Buissness.

Long story short, went in for some repairs. When we got our boat back, it was in worse condition from when we dropped it off. Got the steering cables replaced and when we got the boat on the water when turning left, the boat turned right and vice versa. When I called to see how they could rectify this problem (after spending OVER a few hundred dollars) the gentleman on the phone instructed me on how to fix it. How kind of him, but after spending close to 500 I shouldn’t have to fix my own boat \u200d️ Also, the lady who answers the phone should really try and up her customer service skills
