Quality has gone down. Promises continue to be be made and then change. Every time I drop off parts I am told last minute it will be 4 more weeks. No one seems to be held accountable, when my parts were messed up, looked like they had been spray painted, paint runs all of the parts,nothing was done about it. Very sad to see a business, a local business go down hill. The "big customers" are even looking for a different place to take parts now.
