Everyone that was involved from the purchase to getting our pontoon in the water have been fantastic. Scott and the guy's have been great answering any questions that we might have. They even surprised me by installing my privacy curtain without me knowing. I know the porti pot will come in eventually. So far very pleased with the customer service and at this point, will remain a customer with the way they do things.

Very limited sales help. By appointment only. I drove 1 1/2 hrs to check this place out and was told it's by appointment only and asked if I wanted to make an appointment for later on in the day. Sales rep had was complaining about people that just walk in and want to see what they have to offer. Like most marina's they think their used boats are worth much more than they really are,but I really never got to the negotiating because she was overwhelmed with the fact that her 10am appointment wasn't there yet and a couple people came in without appointments.
