Horrible experience from the start. The admin that I spoke to was barely listening to me the entire conversation. She got the address and both of my phone numbers wrong so the courier dropped off my delivery at the wrong location. I went to 4 different places trying to track my delivery down. The second person that I spoke to, Susan, tried to help me but had an attitude the entire time. I will NEVER use this company again and I have been telling every administrator in my department not to either.
