The experience at the start was fantastic. Nam came by, appraised it, did the job even after I had left for California and took payment after he was done. Railing came out great and was very impressed..if I had given him a rating then it would have been a 5...fast forward 2 years later the iron railing is rusting, broke apart in one of the sections. When messaging with Nam his response was send me the address and I will come fix it. After a little bit Nam came by and fixed it and was able to restore it to new. He wasn't sure what happened but glad he came by and was able to fix it. Others may had not returned calls or came back.
