Horrific customer service. I will never buy boots from here again. The owner originally told me she will try to get the boots ordered and brought into the store in about 1 week but may take up to two. I called after 2.5 weeks and was told they are on back order. It would have been nice to get a call to let me know about the backorder instead of me having to call and inquire. I was told the backorder's new expected delivery is in a week. I waited the week , got no phone call that they were in or not. Called to inquire, was asked to call back. I showed up to the store instead during their regularly scheduled business hours to find the open sign illuminated and door lock with no one answering the phones. I felt like I was being scammed! Considering my money was taken the first day and the owner was very rude to me when she finally did return my call, I canceled the order. Like I said before, I will never shop here again.

Tiny, dark had one western style vest in the whole store. Don’t waste your time.
They don't allow Christian Torres here so I'm a very happy camper for my brother the double do western wear god ly and keep out cstorres
Everything was musty and almost everything looked used even if it wasn't, but still the staff seemed fine and helpfull so Id give it 2 stars.
