Rosa loved her stay here! I'll use these guys again! Highly recommend! When she came back home, it was a seamless transition. Like we never left. This place is the next best thing to staying at 'grandma's house'! So cool! Staff treated my little girl like she was family. I loved the photos and reports they sent daily. This feature was so beneficial to my piece of mind while away. I enjoyed seeing her smiling face playing with other dogs and making friends. Excellent social interaction they are promoting by mixing dogs based on personality and not size. This is a great place that understands how to treat our little fur babies. Its definitely not just a kennel. It's her home away from home. I'm considering using the daycare program to teach Rosie how to swim. We'll be back!

I’m really upset to write this. I’ve had good service here except for my dogs latest stay. I did not get report cards, nor pictures, (Until after her stay) nor had any other confirmation that my dog had pool time other then the staff saying “she did every day”. I finally received her report cards and only one day mentions pool time. I’ve been waiting for the owner to call me back for 3 weeks and nothing yet. The staff said the owner would give me a 20 credit but honestly that is not worth the time and effort that I have out into calling back to resolve this and the rudeness of the first employee that my husband and I spoke to.
We had a great time and enjoyed the experience! Definitely will be back
I have used Wagging Tails Mobile Grooming for close to 10 years for both my cat and dog. Although they were often unreliable and appointments either needed to be rescheduled or occurred much later than agreed upon (due to the van breaking down or running behind with previous appointments), I never got too upset over it. However earlier this year (before quarantine), my cat was shaved so close to the skin and consequently cut on her backside resulting in infection not only on her backside, but also in her eye (likely from licking back there). She was obviously uncomfortable and had trouble going to the bathroom for weeks. A trip to the vet (within a week after the grooming) and some meds cleared the infection. I had called Wagging Tails to speak to the owner a few times. She finally returned my call but at a time I said I could not talk because of my job. Then Covid happened and I just let it go. However, I feel obligated to let others know what happened to my cat could happen to theirs. I am grateful It was not more serious. I will not be using Wagging Tails ever again.
