We bought the extension pads about three years ago and used it multiple times already. This is a prefect solution for us. It allows us to best utilize our dining area to fit family and friends comfortably. Very easy to install and store.

The pad we ordered was missized due to curved corners. Don was all over it. Replaced pad at no charge and the new pad is beautiful. The construction materials are very high quite. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend Heartland!
Hello Mr. Unger, I am so happy with the table pads you made for my new vintage (1986) Henkel-Harris 42-inch dining table. They are beautiful! I had searched and searched for a table less than 44-inches wide, because the dining room in my little bungalow is small. Being an unusual size, I had to draw a template for you. I was nervous that my curve would be off, but if it was your technicians caught it and made it perfect! The pads for the leaves have gone into the bag to await the holidays...hoping we get to have holidays in 2020. Thank you again. It feels good to do business with a small, local firm (I am in Indiana, too) that does quality work and packs carefully, and ships so quickly. And, it was lovely to visit with you on the phone. These guys are fantastic! I found them just by luck and sent them a very tricky design....not just a square or rectangle! They nailed it! The quality was exceptional, the quick turnaround was great! You can't go wrong with Heartland!
Heartland’s motto is "Our pricing is modest - our products are the best.” Correct but incomplete. Yes, the top is well designed and made, and great value. But Heartland’s service is 5 star as well. I ordered a 72” round table top, which arrived on time but damaged. Don immediately recognized that (1) the item left his facility inadequately packed and (2) although the damage was cosmetic, replacement was called for. Either of these issues could have been contested - many businesses these days would have - but Don put quality, reputation, and customer satisfaction first. A new top was manufactured right away. It arrived in perfect condition. Midwestern business ethics at its best.
We have had two items custom made by heartland table pads. One was our first item which was our pool table cover, we initially got it to have extra seating in our basement when we have birthday party’s but soon became to love it even for its looks and to protect the pool table Felt when not in use because our kids are notorious for throwing things on it. After loving the outcome I decided to do a table pad for our kitchen table. We had glass to protect the table and I was so over it. Never looked clean. I finally decided to order the table pad and was very pleased with how easy it was. Don sent me a template to print to get the exact radius we needed etc. it was super easy and even when I had questions because we have a specific type of decorative curve to our table edge don gave me his number to send a video so he could help me figure out exactly what we needed and to make sure we were on the same page. The mail came today and I was over the moon excited. It is a perfect fit. Not only that but it looks amazing and was a amazing price. My mother in law got the same type of table pad from art van so lucky me got to compare. Pros - *it was almost 80 cheaper to buy via heartland Verses art van *art vans had a magnet to hold them together which causes it to slide and these have a clasp where they slide into on another and only way to discount would be for someone to actually lift the piece up which is great for homes with kids who may wanna pull apart Forsure someplace you order if your in the market. I highly recommend
