We move to Suncrest Village in April 2020 after a vey bad experience at an apt in Johnson City. We are so thankful we found this place. The apts here are well maintained and all the staff we have had contact with have been great. Wolfe Development takes pride in their communities. I must say all the neighbors I have meet here are extremely nice. People get out and walk about neighborhood and stop for friendly conversations. Our apt. is just right for us. We like the fact that it's off the main roadway and a little secluded. Very quiet and feel completely safe here. Landscaping is well maintained as well. I would highly recommend this community.

Nice properties but in my opinion the homes for sale and for rent are to high in price for our area. I showed my inlaws 4 properties they were cute they were very interested but the prices and monthly fees seemed a bit to high compared to others we ended up going to see with the realtor .

I've lived in Suncrest Village for about 6 months now and I absolutely love it. It doesn't have that \apartment\ feel to it. It really feels more like a neighborhood. The apartments are beautiful and the living space is perfect for me. Very spacious. I really enjoy walking my dogs through the complex. It's safe and so quiet! The staff is friendly and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!!
The Fit and finish of Wolfe Development homes is second to none. The homes are built by Craftsmen and they have earned the right to take pride in their work. We have owned our home for a year and can only say good things about the company and their product. If I buy another home, it will be a Wolfe built home.
