Although I love the doctors with this group, their billing department and how they treat their patients with financial issues is disgraceful! I have been battling with their billing department for a month and have paid astronomical fees to be seen when my insurance should have covered the expense. I was told one lie after another about my coverage because it is easier for them to charge a patient 1,360 for a prenatal visit than contact the insurance company and figure it out. I am so outraged by the treatment I received, even after speaking to their Chief of Revenue, that I have decided to take my health elsewhere. It is clear to me that they do not care about your health or the health of your unborn child. They really are only focused on the money and do nothing to prove otherwise. Once I spoke to the Chief of Revenue, I was unable to contact her again, and as a result, I was refused care. I will not return to this facility or any satellite facility associated with them because they clearly lack communication between departments and would rather stress a 32-week pregnant woman out to the point of losing sleep, than attempt to help her make the appointments she needs to keep her child safe. They pretend to care, but in actuality, they only want the money. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE PREGNANT!!!!!

My first appointment they wanted me here 30 minutes prior and I arrived 5 min after my appointment time of 3:05 and they put me in as a no call no show. Rescheduled and got here 30 min prior and been waiting an hour and still haven’t been called to see the Dr. I could have been seen the first time if I had to wait 30 plus minutes to see the Dr. People have lives and they need to be held to the same standards they want their patients to adhere too!

My experience in the office was fine. I just went for my annual exam. However the doctor told me outright that I should be \very worried\ about my test results as I hadn't had a well woman visit in over 5 years. She told me she would call me in a week with my results and to schedule a follow up because she just assumed I'd need one. A week goes by and no call... So I give it a few days. It took me calling the office 3 times to finally get someone to call me back. I lived for 12 days with unbearable anxiety and no call back from this office until I finally reached someone who told me \oh you're fine!\ Unprofessional to say the least. No news is not good news when you're literally told to worry.

If I could give a zero or sub-zero rating, I would. Impossible to get a call back when you have a concern - post surgery I literally called 6 times without a callback from a nurse OR doctor when I had unusual bleeding. Surgery coordinators are impossible to get in touch with either by phone or \patient portal\. If you are looking to get caring compassionate service, it's not in this location. Riverview location seemed to be better, as they apologized profusely for lack of care, but I was told they would call me and post bloodwork results within 4-5 days and 10 days later nothing. When I called I was told they've had the results since late last week but the Dr. hasn't reviewed yet. No sense of urgency or compassion, so I'm changing doctor and location in hopes I won't be a cog in their wheel and my concerns don't go completely unaddressed.

UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I rescheduled my appointment on the phone for 3:00 pm and the day of I received a text message that my appointment was moved to 1:00 pm. Like most people I have a job and requested off for the time I was confirmed to go at originally. So after driving 45 minutes they told me they can’t help me. I was 15 minutes late and any other time I’m on time they have me waiting for 50 minutes prior to my appointment. I’m disappointed with this office for completely wasting my time.
