I needed to see a gyn the same day prior to a scheduled surgery that was happening a few days later, unfortunately my Dr Saravanos (who is nothing but a sweet angel) was not available. Dr James Lee was the only doctor who was able to see me at that time. He was a total \God sent\ to me. He is friendly, with very good bed side manners and extremely brilliant. Dr Lee took all the time needed to explain health related issues in dept. I will not hesitate to recommend him to close friends and family.

I'm really surprised by the negative reviews. I absolutely love this office and have been going to them for several years. They even delivered my daughter in 2008. They did an amazing job with the delivery. I would definitely recommend to all of my friends and family.

Don’t ever go to this office. They are so unorganized. ESPECIALLY WITH BILLING AND COMMUNICATION. They never tell you what you’re paying and will send you 3 surprise bills in the mail that they NEVER even spoke to me about. They gave me such a poor experience and the gyno I had: Dr. Fernandez... didn’t seem to care about me very much and just wanted to quickly shove me out the door. She was also very judge mental of my lifestyle. And a doctor should NEVER be judgemental of someone’s lifestyle ESPECIALLY when it is something that isn’t even unhealthy!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. The service is so poor and so is their communication. *keep in mind my visit was before the COVID crisis and I’m still getting random bills in the mail*

Absolutely horrible staff who are completely unwilling to fix their own mistakes. Doctors who continually make people feel like just another paitent, and do not care about an individuals obvious issues. They prey on people not noticing them double or even possibly triple or quadruple billing them. Theyll not tell you about bills then when they say everything is paid off they send another bill for something you've already paid for(which is illegal). Then they'll tell you they cant fix it even though they've been paid for it and will continue to bill you for it. Make them give you a receipt number on EVERYTHING, even the little things or they'll claim it was never paid. You can even show them the bank statements and they just make up a new bill literally right there to your face. \Oh you payed this? Well then how about we tack on something we didnt even do then.\ They wont work with you when it is their own system error or fault. You can pay their bills, but theyll still claim you never did. Theyll even tell you its illegal for them to void a bill they've already been paid. Probably a great case waiting here if any lawyers are reading this, seems to be alot of people with the same issue. Would leave zero stars if possible.

If you visit Dr. Connor be cautious about her diagnostic expertise. Recently my wife visited the physician with symptoms of lethargy, sweats, anxiety, and weight gain. Instead of the physician ordering a complete Thyroid panel she ordered a partial and missed the Hypothyroidism which is an under active thyroid. Also she did not bother to order a ferritin (iron) study of which my wife was also deficient and contributed to her symptoms. The physician may be a good OB but a poor GYN diagnostician.
