I wanted to recognize Fire Safety Consultant Bill Compton for his outstanding service. I had the pleasure of meeting him on Wednesday when he came out for a service call at our Lincoln Park office. He was nothing but professional, thanked me for allowing him to serve us, showed me when he was doing the battery tests and walked me through everything step by step. He was the definition of professionalism and deserves to be recognized. Everyone needs to take a lesson from Bill! Will continue to utilize their services. Highly recommend!!

I just want to thank Jim Woodhall for his fast response and for going out of his way today to help me with an emergency issue to where I needed a new Co2 tank ASAP.
