Vanguard Cigar Club

Bought two large commercial humidors from Wood Projections. Customized to my specs. First one was perfect. Second had a couple of issues but were handled professionally by Fabriola. They work hard to assure you are satisfied. Recommend them.

One year ago Over the Rhine Cigars LLC in Cincinnati chose Woodprojections of Miami, Florida for 6 custom humidors, 8 Humidifresh “automated” reservoirs and a water purification system. I’m rating their products at 1 Star for these reasons. Their cabinets are competitively priced, fit was on target, delivery was executed well and besides 2 issues with sliding glass doors, we are generally satisfied. 3 stars. The pricey water purification elements are less than 100% effective. This is attributable to an apparatus not well designed for our needs. Cincinnati’s water inflow has been tested and deemed above acceptable levels. Woodprojections recommended this system and stood behind its shortcomings initially. 2 Stars. The automated Humidifresh reservoirs owned and sold by Woodprojections are a failure. They are poorly designed leading to overflows and warping of the humidor floors. The humidification boxes ( battery cases ) contain inexpensive and substandard parts. They are far from automated, way over priced and extremely high maintenance. The units are very bulky and take up valuable display space. Support for these units has been unsatisfactory. 0 Stars. Find these last two elements elsewhere and seek objective perspectives.

We had a customer that was very pick in what he wanted. We order three custom cabinet humidors, They took five weeks to get them. But the order was placed six days before Christmas. They have been in use for two years and still look and work great. Thank you guys for a job well done

We Ordered 17 pieces of Wooden glass case from this company and Paid 20500 for the orders. Display were supposed to have LED lights and Mirrors on the back Doors. After one and a half months we received the delivery, The first crate we opened it was disaster, the doors were falling off, Scratched side walls, falling LED's Sharp edges of Glass shelving, Doors do not open or close with using the force. After we made the complaint we were told that the display were made to order and they are not returnable. The company has taken the money and refuse to take back the junk they sent me. We will not recommend this company to anybody as they are thugs. They may have have experience in Humidors but not in Display cases. Never buy anything from them
