Mr Ursch did a very excellent job in a timely manner on my antique English granddaughter clock. He thoroughly cleaned it, a very painstaking process. This is an experienced gentleman who knows, cares and loves his business. Keep it up Tim. You are needed in this community.

Mr. Ursch came to my home and refurbished my grandmother clock which had not worked for over a year. He explained what he was doing while I watched. I was impressed with his fine work ethics. My clock is keeping excellent time,,,,,
This was a very professional, helpful gentleman. He actually came by our house, which is in a different town, to show my husband how to operate our cuckoo clock and set the cuckoo to the actual time and didn’t charge anything! The other repair shop we called said they’d send it out and it would be 200 just to look at it! You can bet the next time we have trouble this man is getting our business! Thank you Mr Ursch!
