Second time here for a scan. The first time was for an MRI and this time for a CT scan. I checked in at the computer station up front and then spoke to the registration person before sitting down. Mind you i was half an hour early so maybe i could be seen on time. I waited to speak to the registration person and finally got to talk to her just before my appointment time. At this point i have been sitting for over an hour and have not had my CT scan yet meanwhile folks with no appointment have walked in and been seen before me. What's the effin use of having an appointment, showing up early, and still sitting after the appointment time has passed? The registration clerk was nice but I hate having to make appointments to sit past the appointment time and being told I \will be called back shortly.

This place has the best service hands down. They help people as quick as they can and are always friendly. Even if you are late they will still find a way to fit you in. That's healthcare done right.

I called the Lake Ridge Advanced Imaging Center to ask for a CT Scan report to be faxed to our physician office. Spoke to the rudest female employee there. I could barely hear her while she gave me the number to the medical records dept. I asked her to repeat the number and she raised her voice and said the phone number very slow as if I were SLOW or something. When I called the number she provided, it was to guest services of the hospital and not the medical records dept. Great job! I'll make sure to NEVER refer patients to this imaging center ever!

This was my ghird abdominal ultrasound I've had, and second in the last 4 months. They took plenty of time, more than any other place cared to, and were thorough with their scanning. They found something in a basic ultrasound that another place overlooked, which caused even more damage. I'm so glad they finally caught what was happening!

Very organized, once checked in with a hand scan...which is pretty cool took only 20 minutes start to finish. Staff and Technicians were very professional and friendly. Would recommend to a friend.
