I will never go there again. They had me re-do a procedure and confirmed it won’t be considered a new one, but it’s a part of the annual preventative exam. Then I receive a bill for that visit because they billed it to my insurance as a second visit, and of course the insurance won’t cover it. Then they told me to do an additional procedure and when I went there, I fainted during the procedure because it was painful. They ended up sending the claim as if the whole procedure was done, while they should at least charge me for what they really did or re-do the procedure. Then they called me saying the One sample they collected is not enough and I’m still in risk and should re-do it and I get charged again as a new procedure, or going to a specialist to check if the Tumor I have is benign or not. Now I’m paying my bills for them and cannot afford going to another place and do the procedure again and receive another bill. This is the first and last time I go there because they were not clear from the very beginning!!

Just like most businesses in va the are crooks. They juat hit my wife's credit with a charge from six years ago. No bill didnt send it to the insurance just straight to collections

Horrible experience. Sent me to collection because they had the wrong address. They never attempted to call me or email, they just sent me to collection and impacted my score. I had to called collections and pay right away of a bill I had no idea I had and now I’m going all of this can be fixed! If I could give them a -10 I would. Be careful and don’t ever go to this place! !! Whoever enter addresses in this office is incompetent as I read this happened to another person before! Same exact story! She missed a number on my address! They called back saying they would give me my money back and never did!

Dr Kim was amazing! She gave me back my hope with a successful HSG. Deidra Sims also helped me with my billing issue as well. Thanks again guys

My wife had a poor experience with the services provided by this office. The examination room had a desk lamp as a replacement for examination lamp. The doctor and nurse were forcing the instruments into my wife knowing full well that they would cause pain when the procedure is supposed to be painless. The bedside manner was poor. Take your business elsewhere.
